Served as VP of the Hollywood Economic Growth Corporation. Her role was to develop and expand businesses and redevelop underutilized properties in the office, industrial, warehouse and retail sectors.  She later started and ran Eastern Development for 15 years.  Ms. Neyra directs all field activities, oversees the financial aspects of the company; as well as estimating. Her attention to details, client needs and her ability to avert or solve problems have won her much praise from customers and subcontractors.

Started his electrical career in Key West working for a local electrical company. He later acquired his certified electrical contractor’s license and formed Check Electric in 1996. He has grown his electrical company to an impressive team of 40 electricians. Mr. Bublak is also owner of Pro Tech Connections which provides burglar alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, fiber optic and network cabling.  His reliability, courteous manner and professionalism have earned him much respect in the community.
